Assist with handling sales within the organization and develop sales and marketing strategies. Common duties are identifying potential customers, providing information about company services, building and maintaining customer relations, participating in networking, answering customer inquiries, and training sales staff. Tracking of customers and accounts in sales databases.
Responsibilities
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers and leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through phone calls, emails and site visits
- Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
- Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or vertical territory
- Generate and submit activity tracking to management
- Assist the company in the growth of both geographical company locations – Property Restoration Inc., Hawthorne Property Services and Disaster Clean up.
- Review and advise on department policy, methodologies and SOPs understanding that change is at times needed for modernization and efficiencies
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives
- Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of the industry and industry trends
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology
- Proficiency with the word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows, demonstrations, and client meetings
- Update and maintain CRM (Salesforce data base)
- Setup client meetings
