- Dispatch appropriate personnel to work areas to meet customer needs
- Receive and relay messages from field personnel to appropriate staff and managers
- Record activity data
Qualifications
- Must be reliable, have a positive attitude and uphold ethical behavior
- Excellent customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 18 years of age or older
