Home Health Coordinator
Duties :
- Coordinate and manage the schedule and payroll for all escort staff utilizing a payroll and scheduling software (WinTeam).
- Manage the dispatching of escorts for client service requests.
- Assists in planning and organizing project activities.
- Collaborates with internal and external parties to ensure optimal flow and efficient use of resources.
- Adhere to HIPPA guidelines to protect patient and employee privacy and confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Experience :
- Previous experience in payroll and scheduling is preferred
- Proficiency in using scheduling software (e.g., WinTeam is highly desirable)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prefer minimum 2-years staffing / scheduling experience in home care, hospitality, hospital, or similar industries with 24 / 7 operation.
- Works well independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Collaborative, goal oriented, success driven, self-motivated.
- Thrives in a stressful environment, cool under pressure.

We are hiring a dynamic, detailed oriented Home Health Staffing / Scheduling Coordinator in the Bridgeport area! This position is an in- office position with a Monday through Friday (9am- 5pm) schedule.
The Home Health Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of escort staff as requested. We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team.
The successful candidate will have strong communications skills, be detailed-oriented and will play a key role in supporting the Operations Team.
