PLATFORM ANALYST
After the sales team welcomes a new client partner, our Implementation team steps in. Their goal is to seamlessly implement new clients and make sure service teams are set up for success. To do this, they help new clients with platform setup and training. They capture employee data, enroll worksite employees in benefits, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to ensure they have a successful first payroll.
The Platform Analyst role will provide exceptional service while delivering technical solutions, consultation and support to our clients and internal partners. This role will be directly responsible for working closely with our Implementation and Operations teams to provide setup, configuration, and maintenance for our clients on our HRMS platforms. (iSolved, HRP, Prism & Ultipro). This role accurately configures payroll and HRMS solutions for new and existing clients. At times, this role may also be required to provide demo support to prospective clients and assist in training client users on how to perform tasks within the solution.

The Platform Analyst role will provide exceptional service while delivering technical solutions, consultation and support to our clients and internal partners. This role will be directly responsible for working closely with our Implementation and Operations teams to provide setup, configuration, and maintenance for our clients on our HRMS platforms. (iSolved, HRP, Prism & Ultipro). This role accurately configures payroll and HRMS solutions for new and existing clients. At times, this role may also be required to provide demo support to prospective clients and assist in training client users on how to perform tasks within the solution.
- Serves as a technical product expert for the payroll and HRMS platforms ((iSolved, HRP, Prism & Ultipro)
- Provides clients with recommendations on systems configuration and acts as a technical system consultant.
- Partners with Implementation Consultants and with clients to understand requirements and application needs.
- Configures the payroll and HR platform based on client's requirements and makes system adjustments as necessary.
- Manages client security on web portals, detailed projects that require support from our application vendors and other internal resources.
- Provides thorough documentation of clients' implementations.
- Responds timely and within SLA's to all incoming inquiries from clients and internal partners.
- Implements new clients on payroll and HRMS systems as well as existing clients that are migrating to a new payroll solution. Imports client data into the payroll and HRMS solution.
- Supports client needs pertaining to reports from within the payroll and HRMS platform.
What We'd Like For You To Have
- 3 years of related product/implementation/support experience
- Prior experience in HR, payroll, benefits and/or general business administration a plus.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Google Applications. Ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems including configuring, training and supporting on multiple systems.
- Ability to effectively communicate one to one, and in small or large groups.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences that provide satisfaction and results that serve to the client's needs while being mindful of the operational impact to maintain expectations.
- Strong Organizational Skills. Ability to plan, organize, and schedule in an efficient productive manner.
- Effectively able to juggle multiple projects while focusing on key priorities.

- Ability to understand and absorb complex, new information rapidly.
- Consultative Skills. Uncovers the desired outcomes that our clients expect and shares best practices on how to achieve them through specific configuration of our time and attendance solutions.
