ProShop is a game-changing ERP/MES/QMS software product we call a Digital Manufacturing Ecosystem (DME) specifically for companies in the metalworking and aerospace industry, such as machine shops, fab shops, and other similar businesses. We build this software by combining and translating our diverse experience with deep industry-specific knowledge to optimize manufacturing processes for our clients. Job Description

ProShop ERP is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to join the Marketing team. If you have a passion for driving brand growth, crafting innovative marketing strategies, and leading a high-performing team, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate our brand presence and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, analyze consumer insights, and develop data-driven marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

- Partner with the CMO to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and goals
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to ensure seamless executive of marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven work environment
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Drive brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Product, to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified brand experience
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, recommending innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Control budgets and allocate resources among projects
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Must be located in the US or Canada with a preference near Bellingham WA, or Vancouver BC
- Proven track record of success in a senior marketing role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, and communications or a relevant field is preferred

Salary Range: This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to geographic locations, job family, job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.

US: $131,200 - $165,000 USD annually

Canada: $120,800 - $185,900 CAD annually
