What are the responsibilities and job description for the DATA ANALYST position at Prosites Inc?
Here at Prosites, the Data Analyst works closely to provide reporting and analytics support to all stakeholders on the Go-To Market team. This position plays a crucial role in providing data visualization, client analysis, internal auditing, and driving access to data. Further, this individual will be a champion of using data proactively to drive growth, and as such will also be a key member of ensuring data hygiene. To accomplish this, a successful hire will demonstrate high levels of professionalism, accuracy, curiosity, competency, and communication skills. The ideal candidate additionally has experience owning data visualization systems, specifically Tableau and/or PowerBI, and is highly proficient with Salesforce and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand and drive their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
- Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders regarding improvements in business performance
- Provide regular updates on the progress of initiatives and team performance, with non-exhaustive examples including metrics for executive meetings, board presentations, acquisitions, and rep performance.
- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
- Maintain databases by acquiring and managing data from primary and secondary sources and auditing for data hygiene.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of Tableau experience, with 1 years of experience building reports and dashboards
- 2 years of Salesforce experience, with 1 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of analytical skills, mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization.
- Strong Excel and SQL or SOQL skills.
- Advanced presentation skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred
- Tableau Data Analyst certification is strongly preferred
- 2 years of Marketo experience, relating to reporting management (developing marketing automation is not a core function of this position)
