As a Print Management Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. You will be responsible for selling Managed Print Services (MPS) solutions to businesses and organizations, helping them control, manage, and support all print output no matter the device.
Requirements
Essential Activities and Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the designated territory to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Consultative Sales:
- Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct thorough assessments and analysis of clients' current printing infrastructure and document workflows.
- Present customized MPS solutions and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of implementing managed print services.
- Collaborate with technical experts to develop comprehensive and tailored MPS solutions for clients.
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Continuously assess client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
- Monitor contract performance, track sales activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, service delivery, and technical experts, to ensure seamless implementation and execution of MPS solutions.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote MPS offerings

Prerequisites (i.e… education, experience):
- Possess a college degree or equivalent work experience
- History of success (scholastics, sports, prior employment, awards, etc.)
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proven history of successful quota attainment with documentation to support success in sales
- Polished appearance and demeanor
- Any additional education in the field of business technology could be considered an advantage
- Any previous sales experience is not required but considered an advantage
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for an employer without restriction.

- Salary Base plus commission
