Job Posting for Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health Visits at Prosper Home Health

Home Health agency looking for an RN to join our team in a per-diem format to do home visits for our patients. The purpose of the home visits will be mainly for start of care documentation (SOC), IV, Wound Care, Injections, Discharge documentation, Etc.

Our patients are mainly in Riverside, Corona, San Bernardino and vicinity.

This is a great opportunity to make great side income or grow with us by taking more cases.

Job Types: Part-time, Travel nursing, Per diem

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week

Weekly schedule:

  • Choose your own hours

Experience:

  • Home health: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • RN License (Required)
  • IV Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Riverside, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
