We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, extensive experience with AI technologies. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring the highest standards of software quality in our AI projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies and plans for generative AI models and applications.
Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing on AI solutions.
Identify, document, and manage defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
Collaborate with product owners, engineers and ML Ops to develop production ready AI models aligning with EP’s product vision
Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and software testing methodologies.
Collect, and analyze large datasets to test performance of current and existing AI models
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or relevant field
3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing AI/ML applications.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative models.
Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium or similar.
Advanced scripting skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Shell.
Experience with CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
Experience in testing large-scale AI models and data pipelines.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
Contributions to open-source projects or published research papers.
Knowledge of RAG and vector search
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, or Google Cloud.
