Food Manufacturing Facility in Fitzgerald, Georgia. We are currently seeking an accomplished Industrial Maintenance Technician to fulfill a dynamic role, showing expertise in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. This position plays a pivotal role ensuring the reliability and seamless operation of our equipment and facilities.

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

· Completes Preventive Maintenance and maintains mechanical equipment.

· Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.

· Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and repair/replace defective parts.

· Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures and schematics.

· Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.

· Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and entering requests.

· Works with production on routine preventive maintenance.

· Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

· Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Skills:

· Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment.

· Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.

· Strong understanding of AC and DC voltages.

· Ability to work on 3 phase systems.

· PLC, Relays, HMI, Pneumatics, and Controls

· In-depth knowledge of system repair and maintenance.

· Maintain equipment and perform PM’s (Preventive Maintenance).

· Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and repair equipment.

· Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.

· Understanding of hydraulic systems and ability to troubleshoot.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
