Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills in food handling and customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain budgetary controls to optimize profitability.
- Oversee the culinary team, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with the bar team to create innovative drink menus that complement the restaurant's offerings.

Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
