We are looking for a Customer Billing Specialist II who will be responsible for preparation and delivery of all customer invoicing. They will also prepare and process annual customer support quotes and invoices, ensuring timely delivery to the customer.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparation and delivery of all customer invoicing
- Prepare and process annual customer support quotes and invoices, ensuring timely delivery to the customer.
- Ensure that invoices accurately reflect agreed upon terms and conditions and any supporting documentation
- Maintain and update customer records and contacts
- Review and resolve customer inquiries about invoices received
- Assist the team to identify and implement solutions for process improvements
- Participate in Mergers & Acquisitions, along with integration work
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
- 5 years of relevant invoicing experience
- Experience with large customer base, high transaction volume and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized with strong attention to detail; strong analytical skills required
