As a Day Time Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each guest receives exceptional service. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, leading a team of adult team members, and maintaining a clean and hospitable environment.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Effectively running the shift while working in a position 90% of the time.
• Leading your team to deliver a remarkable guest experience.
• Creating shift line ups for maximum productivity during peak times.
• Ensuring all team members are being successful in their positions.
• Coaching team members to help them grow and develop in skill and character.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front counter and drive-thru area.
• Exhibiting cash management best practices.
• Surveying restaurant grounds and inside of the building.

Requirements:

• Must have opening or closing availability for 3 weekdays (M-F)
• Availability on Saturday
• 1 year Chick-fil-A experience or 2 years restaurant managerial experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
