**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Associate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
- Oversee food preparation, handling, and service to maintain quality standards
- Supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Implement and maintain food safety standards and procedures
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions and reporting
- Assist in creating staff schedules and managing labor costs

**Requirements:**
