Business Office Manager

Providence Care Center is looking for a dedicated, experienced, Business Office Manager. Pay rate is based on experience! Come work with a great team, for a company with even better benefits.

Essential job functions of our Business Office Manager consist of; are not limited to the following:

Produces timely and accurate financial statements as needed.

Supervises resident billing.

Compiles daily census.

Oversees and assists finance and accounting practices.

Monitors accounts receivable and works with billers on collections.

Manages and maintains long-term care insurance, petty cash, check cashing, and as required, restricted donations.

Monitors accounts payable entries to ensure charges to proper accounts.

Prepares miscellaneous financial and statistical analysis as requested.

Satisfies all educational in-service requirements mandated by the department, external accrediting, and regulatory agencies.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
