Program Manager at Providence St. Peter Hospital
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8-Hour Shift
This is primarily remote but at times might need to travel to each facility
The Interpretive Services Program Manager implements the Southwest Washington service area's accessibility program by working with patients, front line caregivers, core leaders; databases, invoices, contracts; policies, procedures, and regulations. The program manager is responsible for overseeing, promoting, and improving each ministry's accessibility program to include: developing and presenting education about interpretive services and other auxiliary aides; engaging with vendors and community partners; managing invoices and data entry; tracking and monitoring in practice and in the related databases; negotiating and oversight of applicable contracts; maintaining program policy and procedures; supporting the service area's Compliance Manager in response to complaint investigations; and ensuring regulatory requirements are met In addition, this role is responsible for documentation of the service areal's accessibility program processes, daily operations, managing priorities, and efficient use of interpretive services and other auxiliary aides throughout the organization. This position involves a variety of complex administrative tasks requiring knowledge of the regulatory and community environment to effectively align the accessibility program within the organization's mission.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Year for year experience
- 3 years experience in an administrative/office environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Upon hire: DSHS Medical Interpreter Certification
- 3 years experience in healthcare field
