About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team at Providence Medical Group Southeast Washington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
- Document patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans, in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an outpatient setting.
