About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Little Company Of Mary San Pedro Hospital. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of excellence in our hospital.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients on the telemetry unit, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in patient care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
