Position Overview:
As a School Case Manager in the University City School District, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to students facing various challenges that may affect their academic success and overall well-being. Your role is pivotal in helping students navigate these challenges and reach their full potential. This is a 10-month position paid over 12 months, with summers off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group intervention to students.
- Assess and address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement support plans.
- Monitor and track students' progress and provide appropriate interventions.
- Connect students and families with community resources when necessary

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a helping field, such as psychology, counseling, or social work.
- Enrolled in a Master's program is preferred.
