WHO YOU ARE
Prowess Consulting is looking for a Program Manager (technical), with prior documenting work streams skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Biz Apps Experience, and also have a solid program management background.
This is a four (4) month contract that is likely to extend. This role can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States however, the work hours will be in the Pacific time zone. No third-party agencies, please.
To be considered for this role you must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia or Washington state.
THE ROLE
Make complex marketing technology initiatives real, working with a cross-organization virtual team; being highly cooperative and confident in taking initiatives from conception to global execution in support of the Modern Work organizations strategy.
Demonstrate a strong ability to drive program roadmaps with both technical teams and Microsoft business stakeholders.
Document key processes and drive project management across field, corporate, marketing and engineering teams – striving to achieve executional consistency across organizations and channels.
Identify and mitigate risks to project milestones.
Participate in team triage and planning sessions.
Successfully operate across multiple, diverse corporate, partner, and field teams inclusive of Engineering, Marketing, MCAPS (Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions), and CSEO (Core Services Engineering Organization). Collaborate deeply, with a growth mindset.
Gain consensus, bring people along in the journey and influence their thinking on current and future plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
Five (5) or more years of product marketing or program management experience required
Eight (8) or more years of documenting work streams experience required
Eight (8) or more years of Program Management experience required
Five (5) or more years of Modern Works or Biz Apps Experience required
Prior Microsoft experience required
Bachelor’s degree required (Technology, Sales, Marketing, Business Operations), MBA desired
Strong record of success leading high-visibility projects that require cross-group collaboration and executive approval from a geographically distributed set of stakeholders.
An organized self-starter, who creates business value through continued thought leadership.
Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort in both large and small audiences.
Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The offered base pay range for this specific posting is $83 – 88/hr, depending on location and experience.
Base Pay ranges are different for different work locations within the U.S., which allows for competitive pay and consistency in different states
U.S. based employees, working 30 hours per week or more have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, a 401K plan with matching, well being benefits, education benefits, among others.
