We take pride in our training and mentorship. Overview
This role is heavily based on managing warm leads and client experience. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously and are responsible for the customer experience before, during, and after jobs are completed; this includes increasing sales, forwarding leads to the Outside Sales Department, following up on leads and updating those leads into our various CRM applications. Your main focus will be helping customers get what they deserve - the best our industry has to o er!
Day to Day Responsibilities
-Take calls, respond to emails and interface with clients
-Keep log of all leads in sales
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for the team members
- Answer incoming customer calls and enter new leads in the company CRM system
- Schedule appointments between our sales team and homeowners
- Handle all follow up procedures for pending leads
- Review and approve contracts, including all elements required for job approval
- Help with closing procedures including warranties, letters of completion and thank you gifts as needed
- Assist Sales team with requests/needs while they are in the field
-Help customers before during and after projects are completed

Compensation and Benefits
$50,000 salary, plus quarterly bonus
