They are now seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Operations and Logistics team in managing purchase orders, updating the database, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the team to manage inventory and between customers and internal teams on delivery.
- Communicate with 3PL daily while working with Purchasing and Procurement to ensure all deliveries are on time.
- Coordinate daily logistics to ensure timely, efficient deliveries.
- Track shipments, update stakeholders, resolve delays or discrepancies, and work directly with the warehouse team.
- Prepare, analyze, and present logistics reports to improve processes.
- Manage data entry and logistics documentation within the current ERP system.
- A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Willing and able to work in the office.
- Minimum of two years of experience in logistics for a fashion brand.
- ERP experience
- Experience in retail or fashion logistics.
- Familiarity with retail launch calendars.
- Collaborative attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in running and presenting reports.
- Must have strong Excel skills.
