Aircraft Mechanics are an integral part of the operations team and must be willing to work nights/weekends/holidays/ extra hours, as necessary. As the Aircraft Mechanic, you will impact PSA Airlines’ business growth by conducting aviation repairs and services that allow for operations to be on time. By conducting maintenance procedures in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company standards, you are ensuring safe and reliable flights. This role’s workload includes any and all phases of repair/maintenance of aircraft with the aid of the employee's own tools, specialty tools provided by the Company, the use of test equipment, and Company-supplied technical manuals. In certain cases, this role may be authorized to perform required inspection items and assist in Company training programs.

PSA Aircraft Mechanics Requirements:
- Must have High school diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Must have Airframe & Powerplant A&P Licenses
- Must have valid, state-issued Driver’s License
- Must be able to speak, read & write in English
- Must be able to meet physical demands of role: frequent standing, climbing up & down stairs, bending/stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs., using hands to handle/feel/reach
- Capable of using respirators & other personal protective equipment (eye & hearing protection)
- Must be willing to work nights/weekends/holidays/extra hours, as necessary (four 10 hr. shifts)
- Previous experience with CRJs preferred
