JOB DESCRIPTION
· Responsible for achieving annual sales and profit objectives for territory
· Establish relationships with new clients, while working with existing clients within a territory. “Drive Growth and retain business”
· Utilize total office call- present tailored messaging to physicians, clinical staff, and office staff on how PSC technical features and services would benefit the physician/group and help them provide quality care to their patients.
· Identify opportunities to sell to the client’s current needs. “Understand their pain points”
· Utilize our CRM to provide timely and accurate reporting of current book of business and pipeline for assigned territory.
· Prioritize your book of business in territory by; size, volume and potential growth opportunities.
· Research, identify and develop new opportunities for territory that pertains to new business
· Attend local and regional trade shows, industry conferences and networking events within territory
· Work closely with VP of business development, sales peers, and operations team on a weekly basis to establish and ensure business goals, timelines and sales growth are met.
· Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in our market.
QUALIFCATIONS
Must have:
· A bachelor’s degree or 2 years sales experience, or any similar combination of education and experience is preferred but not required.
· Well-developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation are key to success.
· Experience in developing and managing relationships with physicians, physician practices and key opinion leaders
· Verifiable track record with building and growing a sales territory by managing relationships and sales initiatives
· Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
· Energy, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity
· Computer proficiency in MS office, Excel, e-mail, and experience using a CRM
· Must be able to travel within the coverage area and occasionally overnight
Nice to have:
· Advanced degree in health care or business
· 1-3 years of clinical laboratory or diagnostic sales/pharmaceutical sales/medical device sales experience
· Direct molecular diagnostics and laboratory sales experience a major plus
· Podiatry sales experience is a major plus

COMPENSATION
- $90-150k salary depending on experience
- 3-month bridge pay to start
