Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Entering information into Databases.
Verifying invoices and documents and passing along to A/P and A/R.
Filing and other office duties.
Assisting in paperwork associated with Shipping and Receiving including entering data.
Administrating duties and responsibilities.
Customer Service.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with experience in an office environment.
Skills:
Must be able to fully communicate in English both written and orally and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Must possess basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
Must exhibit a great attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
