Responsibilities include:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Working professionally with members of the Staff
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the receptionist area and front lobby
- Organize and keep files and paperwork in order.
- Enter and update candidates and clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Make daily phone calls to perspective candidates
- Develop strong client and candidate relationships and maintain communication with both
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills required:
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills necessary
- Must have basic typing skills
- Must maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
- Must demonstrate ability to work independently, multi-task and possess strong organizational skills
- Demonstrates flexibility, openness, respect, and sensitivity in dealing with others
- Microsoft Office knowledge (proficient)
**Must have own transportation and be reliable**
