Business Development Executive

Psych360, a leader in comprehensive mental health solutions for long-term care communities, is seeking a Business Development Executive for the state of Ohio. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for targeting prospective partners through strategic conversations at all levels. You will plan and execute on a sales strategy that includes generating leads, obtaining scheduled meetings, qualifying opportunities, presenting Psych360's mental health solutions, managing a sales pipeline, closing contracts, and ensuring successful onboarding of new communities. You will develop yourself as a trusted advisor by interfacing with our clinical team and coaching clients on the unique resources and solutions that Psych360 offers. This role requires a candidate that is able to proactively hunt for qualified opportunities while being supported by warm lead generation from an inside account manager. You will need to exhibit a strong sense of urgency, an understanding of required technologies, and the commitment to achieve/exceed Key Performance Indicators. Direct experience with long-term care communities (skilled nursing facilities and/or assisted living communities) is required. This is a field-based position - the successful candidate can reside anywhere in the greater Cleveland/Akron/Canton area or in the greater Columbus area and must be willing to travel throughout the state of Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania as needed.

Compensation: $80k base salary each year $500 for each account closed

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the entire sales cycle from generating leads to closing contracts to onboarding new communities
  • Identify and establish lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Effectively communicate with Administrators, Executive Directors, DONs, Wellness Directors, Social Workers, corporate contacts, and other individuals in long-term care communities
  • Educate potential partners on the benefits of partnering with Psych360 and utilizing our team of Providers
  • Grow and manage a robust pipeline and consistently meet/exceed KPIs
  • Communicate and escalate issues internally when appropriate with clinical team
  • Represent Psych360 at conferences and networking events
  • Utilize, update, and manage CRM software
  • Travel throughout the state of Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania required, based on need
  • Position consists of 50% travel with mileage reimbursement included

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience
  • Direct experience with long-term care communities - skilled nursing facilities and/or assisted living communities
  • Hunter with ability to foster relationships with key decision makers
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and master required technologies including CRM software and Google Drive software solutions
  • Field-based position - reside anywhere in the greater Cleveland/Akron/Canton area or in the greater Columbus area
  • Behavioral health experience is a plus
