Business Development Executive
Psych360, a leader in comprehensive mental health solutions for long-term care communities, is seeking a Business Development Executive for the state of Ohio. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for targeting prospective partners through strategic conversations at all levels. You will plan and execute on a sales strategy that includes generating leads, obtaining scheduled meetings, qualifying opportunities, presenting Psych360's mental health solutions, managing a sales pipeline, closing contracts, and ensuring successful onboarding of new communities. You will develop yourself as a trusted advisor by interfacing with our clinical team and coaching clients on the unique resources and solutions that Psych360 offers. This role requires a candidate that is able to proactively hunt for qualified opportunities while being supported by warm lead generation from an inside account manager. You will need to exhibit a strong sense of urgency, an understanding of required technologies, and the commitment to achieve/exceed Key Performance Indicators. Direct experience with long-term care communities (skilled nursing facilities and/or assisted living communities) is required. This is a field-based position - the successful candidate can reside anywhere in the greater Cleveland/Akron/Canton area or in the greater Columbus area and must be willing to travel throughout the state of Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania as needed.
Compensation: $80k base salary each year $500 for each account closed
