In this role you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most respected companies in the world, across a wide range of industries; including, Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Industrial Products, Electronics and Med Device. You will support program and project managers in leading client-facing consulting teams on projects that have the capability to change the world and how we engage with it. From CAD and PLM to IoT and Augmented Reality, your work will help customers bridge the gap between the technology of today and the world of tomorrow.

As a Project Lead you will manage your own projects and work in tandem with other program/project managers to support the completion of their projects. You will participate during all phases of the project lifecycle. Under the guidance of the project/program manger, the Project Lead will schedule and conduct project meetings, communicate assignments and expectations to project team members and track completion of project deliverables to ensure quality and integrity of all project-related products.  This is an entry-level position requiring relevant experience and/or training and creates a unique opportunity for someone who is looking to make Project Management their career. 

Day-To-Day:

• Support Program/Project Managers in the execution of project tasks
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and financials
• Facilitate communications across teams and management
• Provide weekly project status reports
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree1-3 years of relative experience
• Must be a US citizen
