As a Senior Field Marketing Manager within the Arena Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for driving marketing sourced pipeline through tradeshows, events, and awareness campaigns for North America.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation for Arena, a PTC business, you will collaborate with Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Content teams to build a comprehensive strategy that drives high quality leads and builds pipeline. You will also work closely with Sales to monitor the outcome of each event and/or campaign and run postmortems to learn and improve.
Your Day-To-Day:
- Research, Identify, and plan highly targeted events including trade shows and small dinners.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and adjust as needed to optimize results and perform A/B testing with regularity.
- Oversee and drive field marketing plans to support Arena’s revenue objectives of acquiring new customers.
- Review program goals, analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights, and make data-based adjustments.
- Measure campaign effectiveness based on appropriate KPIs and present program results to leadership.
- Execute our account-based marketing strategy.
- Educate, collaborate, and communicate with diverse stakeholders on results.
- Manage the campaign budget and provide closed-loop communication about spending and planned allocations.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of event planning and/or tradeshow experience is required.
- Hands-on experience setting up and executing field marketing campaigns by identifying targets tactics and analyzing results across different marketing channels.
- An always-on testing mentality.
- Someone who doesn’t settle for the same old tactics and instead is guided by their curiosity to test new innovative ideas.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- The ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives across a global organization.
- Experience presenting to leadership.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, partners, contractors, and vendors.
- Experience using SFDC.
- Ability to lift and move large heavy tradeshow booths.
- Reside in the Greater Boston Area
- Experience marketing to a high tech, MedTech, or A&D audience is preferred.
