Assistant for IT Network

Position Summary:            

We are looking for a thorough and detail oriented individual with a strong focus in IT network, customer service and able to diagnose computer issues and offering solution geared towards business needs. The role will include capacity planning, installation, configuration.Must be able to multi-task, have good leadership, communication and problem solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities (Overview):

• Analyze user requirements
• Research, design and write new software programs (e.g. business applications or computer games) and computer operating systems
• Develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification
• Integrate existing software products and get incompatible platforms to work together
• Create technical specifications, write operational documentation with technical authors
• Write systems to control the scheduling of jobs and to control the access allowed to users or remote systems
• Analysis and diagnosis of application errors
• Design and development of existing and new applications
• Road testing and implementation of applications.
• Identifying organizational need for new applications
• Scheduling and running regular tests to enhance the current systems and applications; identifying and developing functionality changes
• Evaluate user needs and system functionality, ensuring that IT meet these needs
• Schedule upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems
• Guarantee the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision
• Contribute to organizational policy regarding quality standards and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• High School Graduated | Associate Degree or higher in Computer Information.

·         Strong technical skills are essential as is knowledge of the relevant computer language (CSS, C#, Visual Basic, VB scripts and SQL script skill set in hand.  Knowledge of MS-Office 2010, 2021 and 365) and applications.
