Are you looking to make a name for yourself within a growing organization? PTS Advance is rapidly growing and currently seeking a Sr. Recruitment Consultant to join our contract team. As a Sr. Recruitment Consultant for PTS Advance, you will be responsible for account development and generating new business within our Energy division, along with recruiting for open vacancies.
To be successful as a Sr. Recruitment Consultant, you should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be committed to delivering exceptional results for both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for account development and generating new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients.
- Develop and build long term strategic client relationships through both telephone contact and face to face meetings.
- Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract or permanent basis
- Negotiate wage rate and compensation package. Coordinate start of on-boarding process upon acceptance of job offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and conduct requisition qualification calls. Determine proper recruitment priority based on variables associated and consult with client regarding any gaps within each opportunity.
- Conduct regular follow up with hiring managers to ensure we are capitalizing on staffing opportunities, maintaining expected service level quality, and executing relationship building strategies (client lunches, dinners, entertainment, etc.)
- Manage relationships with current and prospective contractors
- Identify opportunities to offer broad based solutions (Prime Vendor, RPO, Managed Service, Payrolling, Staff Augmentation Initiatives, Projects Staffing), and raise to leadership for discussion
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3 years’ O,G&C recruitment or sales experience (Agency experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Contractor management experience
- Detail Oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Market knowledge – industry and talent pool – preferable
- Sense of Urgency, and ability to keep calm under pressure to solve customer problem
- Strong communication skills, written & verbal, with evidence of managing negotiations and dispute resolution.
