We are actively looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team to provide high quality client service and project management for a luxury spirits account. The primary responsibility is completing various tasks outlined in project plans, organization, management, and tracking of project work within the agency on a daily basis.
Ability to travel up to 35% is a must!
Here’s some of what you’ll be doing:
- Work with all members of the department, building strong internal relationships within and across teams
- Assist Account team with administrative tasks, including internal trafficking of projects (or trafficking of projects through all stages)
- Responsible for market outreach, vendor and production research for assigned programs
- Day-to-day liaison between account team and field staff
- Travel to events and manages specific tasks assigned before, during, and after activation
- Follow-up on status of projects internally – production, budgets, schedules, and advises team of any delays or variances
- Participate in and produce weekly status reports
- Remain current on all aspects of client marketing trends and other areas affecting the client’s business
- Responsible for ensuring project materials are received and to client signoff/standards
- With the supervision of their manager, track budget expenses against project actuals; code expenses accordingly and provide status on budget
Ideal candidates will have:
- 1-2 years of event marketing experience required, agency experience preferred
- High familiarity or prior work experience with premium wines & spirits brands
- Bachelors degree, emphasis in marketing or business preferred
- A “can-do” attitude, ambitious and hungry with a competitive spirit
- Works well under pressure and deadlines
- Plays well with others in a team-driven environment
- Systematic and logical – develops and uses effective processes
- Strong organization skills
- Detail-oriented
- Willingness to travel up to 35% and work onsite at live events
