Job Description
The copywriter position is an opportunity to craft compelling, promotional messaging for nationally renowned retailers and household brands across various channels, from banner media to email content to social ads. In this role, the copywriter will blend brand content with the retailer’s voice, look & feel to create a consistent shopper experience and optimal performance.
In addition to ad content, the copywriter will also be tasked with strategizing and editing retailer content guidelines, presentation decks, and strategic marketing materials to support our international sales team.
Our ideal candidate is a team player with sharp copy skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn, grow, and deliver. We’re looking for an enthusiastic writer with up to 2 years of copywriting experience.

Level: Entry, Junior, Associate

- You have a degree in English, Mass Communications, Journalism, or a relevant field
- You have creative internship experience or 1-2 years of professional copywriting experience
- Your writing samples are error-free and display creativity, technique, and grammatical expertise
- You’re a self-motivated, organized wordsmith who works efficiently to meet tight deadlines
- You have working knowledge of AP Style and a keen interest in writing for social, email, and e-commerce
- You can confidently shift between voices/styles and tactics, from brief ads to long-form content
- Your writing style is flexible and you’re a master of saying MORE in LESS words
- You offer constructive solutions when approached with challenges or feedback
- You keep up with the latest industry trends
- You’re a strong communicator and collaborator

Our North American headquarters is in St. Petersburg, Florida. We consider ourselves a flexible employer and many of our team members work remotely in many areas of the world.
