What does Zenith Analytics do?
Working closely with both the Business Planning and Activation teams, Analytics designs the data strategy to tie our clients’ marketing to real-world business goals. We then mine that data to optimize campaigns and tell the stories that bring our clients closer to their marketing, helping them understand if they’re talking to the people they want, and if they’re doing it the right way.
What does a successful Manager look like?

But successful members of our team generally have a passion for emerging tech and media, bring a data-driven approach to decision-making, have a fresh perspective, and share it in a positive way, don’t shy away from a challenge, and are always hungry to learn more.
In this role, you’ll work as an extension of the client business intelligence team and be the source of business performance to the greater marketing team. The most important quality you’ll need to be successful in this role is an innate sense of curiosity. This curiosity will help the team transform the data into information to help the marketing team understand where it can impact business.
What you’ll do day-to-day
· Visualize business results in an easy-to-understand format for marketing leadership
· Analyze business results to identify areas where marketing can be most effective
· Be the source of business performance data for the marketing organization
· Work with the extended team of analysts to understand business drivers and provide context
· Communicate results to leaders within the marketing organization
· Degree in Business related field (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing)
· Proficiency in data processing and visualization with tools such as Tableau, Excel, G-Suite, etc
· 3-5 years of related experience
· Strong critical thinking and project management skills – able to perform client-critical analysis with limited oversight
· Ability to communicate complex ideas to both external and internal clients
