Job Description
As a Social Content Analyst, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content for clients across a variety of social media platforms. You will work closely with the clients and teams to ensure the brand's voice and image are consistent across all social channels. Your creative skills and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends will be key in achieving our social media goals.
In addition, the Social Content Analyst may conduct community conversation audits to identify key online influencers and trends as it relates to client projects. The Social Content Analyst will also provide community insights that will be used to hone and improve client campaigns and programs, as well as generate content performance analysis and insights.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Generate and produce branded content, with a focus on video, for digital platforms, encompassing talent concepts, influencer campaigns, and organic programming content.
- Edit concise clip-based content tailored for social media profiles.
- Oversee and maintain a weekly production schedule.
- Craft high-engagement, error-free copy that aligns with the HBO/HBO Max brand voice.
- Content Planning: Contribute to the development of editorial strategies for social media channels.
- Execute ongoing editorial campaigns across both existing and emerging social media platforms.
- Ideate and create talent and influencer content suitable for various social media platforms
- Collaboration: Work with integrated teams to ensure proper messaging is being executed online and that it is relevant to client goals
- Trend Analysis: Research and identify social media best practices and relevant brand examples within the space for proposals and online audit
- Strong organizational skills: Juggle multiple projects with tight and overlapping deadlines as well as oversee and maintain a weekly production schedule.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional work experience (experience at digital, advertising, public relations or marketing agency preferred), as a guide
- Experience working with and/or knowledge of Avid, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop
- Background knowledge of major and emerging social channels, and a true passion for the social media marketing space
- Knowledge of social media best practices, trends and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly; keen eye for detail also required
- Collaborative team player able to integrate with a diverse, talented team
- Must have active accounts across key social media platforms including, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, YouTube and Pinterest
- Understands/empathizes with the emotional and physical effects of feedback conversations
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Open and receptive to effectively receiving guidance and input from various stakeholders, including clients, managers, senior leadership and colleagues.
- Interest in, and knowledge of HBO and HBO Max programming is imperative to the role.
- Must be able to work onsite at least 2 days per week at the client office
- On-site content capture and production experience is a plus.
Additional Information

Compensation Range: $51,000 - $75,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
Salary : $51,000 - $75,000
