JOB SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility for the appearance, maintenance, and content management of company consumer shopping websites (Pulte.com, Centex.com, DelWebb.com, and DiVosta.com)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain, update, and approve digital content via various content management systems (i.e. Sitecore, proprietary, etc.)
- Provide support with IT endeavors, including enhancement scoping, defect analysis, requirements delivery and UAT
- Collaborate on marketing standards and marketing innovation to facilitate best practices in online marketing
- Manage online listings syndication
- Provide platform reporting at necessary cadence
- Audit, review and maintain Digital Asset Mgmt platforms (i.e.YouTube and PicturePark) & recommend upgrades and adjustments.
- Manage processes for online digital marketing tools
- Coordinate with Marketing Technology lead to provide regular team updates, challenges and opportunities
- Provide SEO guidance and improvements based on industry best practices and SEO platform insight tools

REQUIRED EDUCATION: (degree, licenses, certifications, etc.)
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related Area, or equivalent experience
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: (work related, tools/equipment, software, etc.):
- Required Functional Experience: Minimum 1-3 years Interactive Marketing experience
- Experience with web content management systems (i.e. Sitecore) and Digital Asset Management Systems
- Basic graphic design and Photoshop experience
- Video creation and editing experience
- Familiarity with search engine optimization techniques
- Detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good project management skills
- Ability to work on multiple assignments concurrently
- Ability to identify and mitigate project programs/risks
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related Area, or equivalent experience
