Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Development: Design comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities and promote product sales or services.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they meet the set objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Performance Measurement: Analyze campaign performance and measure its impact in terms of audience engagement, lead generation, and ROI. Adjust strategies in real-time to optimize results.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing regular feedback.
