Full Job Description
Our BDC Agents are responsible for setting up appointments while engaging with potential customers and understanding their wants and needs in their new puppy! You will not only have the opportunity to set appointments for 1 of our reputable PuppyDreams locations but 10!! Here is where you can come in and show out!! Your preformance and bonus will be measured by the number of closed sales from the booked appointments made by you and guess what? WE DONT CAP!!
There are plenty of fresh leads and phone calls coming in daily while still having hot leads in our system! You will also be responsible for preforming long term follow up on all unsold customers. Positivity, great communication skills and a natural, genuine ability to talk to our potential customers are a must for this position.
You will learn how to build value, overcome objections, run financing, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
