Full Job Description
PurchRock is one of the largest residential home buyers in the Northeast region of the United States. Totaling more than 165 homes purchased and sold in 2021, PurchRock is looking for an in-house recruiter in our Cheshire office to help expand operations. This position is not a remote position, although will have some days of flexibility, it would require you to work in our office suite.

$55,000 - $70,000
Responsibilities:Responsibilities and Duties:
Works well independently with the overall mindset of the team- Represent and promote our employer brand online and offline
- Work hand and hand with programs to develop more talent interest
- Making daily outbound calls to qualify candidates
- Interact and qualify potential candidates
- Maintain the candidate databases and profiles
- Create new job posts and upload them to job boards
Qualifications and Skills:
Recruiting experience, minimum 2 years- Experience identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
- Experience recruiting for 100% commission positions a plus
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques preferred
- Experience working with the 'Handshake' job board is a huge plus
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time-management and organizational abilities
