Pure Cupcakes is opening our new location in Del Mar starting July 9th!

In business since 2011, Pure Cupcakes has built a successful business in Pacific Beach but have out grown our space and moving to bigger and better location to the beautiful Del Mar Highlands.

We have immediate openings for PT/FT positions.

Production Responsibilities:

• Produce all batters, frostings for bakers & decorators
• The ability to stand for extended periods
• Provide consistent work and follow specific instructions for each project
• Consistency in following specific techniques to ensure highest quality of finished products
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Cleaning and sanitizing all work areas and decorating equipment
• Work well with others and independently monitor quality and inventory counts of all scheduled and prepared goods
• Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment, material and tools used for food preparation.
• Follow strict sanitation standards and follow strict FIFO procedures for all material
• Requires heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)

This opening will be working under the directive of our Lead Baker and handle all production in tandem with existing production team member. Position can be fast paced and the ideal candidate should be comfortable following daily production schedule and able to make adjustments to ensure we produce the highest quality products for our clients.

We produce a LOT to keep up with the ever growing demand and have a huge client base through San Diego county. We handle a wide range of business from walk-ins, small & large corporate clients, weddings, conventions, fund raisers, school functions and celebrations.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
