PATIENT INTAKE COORDINATOR JOB SUMMARY :

Pure Dakota Health is a locally owned and operated medical cannabis dispensary. As we expand our footprint throughout the state of North Dakota, we are currently accepting applications for a full-time Patient Intake Coordinator at our Fargo dispensary.
We are seeking a full-time day maker who has a bubbly personality, integrity, dependability, and strives to exceed customer service expectations.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet patients upon arrival and guide patients through the process of getting checked in.
- Ensure all patient / visitor check in procedures are followed and in compliance.
- Verification of valid state identification and any other corresponding relevant documents needed to be compliant.
- Maintains the smooth flow of customers by communicating with dispensing agents and keeping awareness of wait times.
- Accurate and timely data entry of patient / caregiver profiles.
- Answer phone and operate computer system accurately.
- Retrieve and maintain patient files.
- Facilitate new patient and patient renewal processes.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines the nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Monitor visitor access and issue badges when required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse customer base
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum of High School diploma and two years of office related experience
- Computer skills required
- Must be 21 years of age
- Able to work evenings and Saturdays
- Clean, professional appearance and hygiene
Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old. Must be able to pass an extensive state-mandated background check, no felonies allowed.
Clean driving record required. Valid driver's license required along with reliable transportation.
