Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday and Tuesday, 9:45 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday and Thursday, 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM
- Fridays, 6:45 AM - 11:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Manage all non-clinical operations of the practice
- Supervise and support staff members
- Oversee business and accounting processes
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and labor laws
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Utilize Dentrix software for practice management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Health Care Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years in a dental office setting, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Proficient in Dentrix software and computer systems
- Strong human resources skills, including hiring and performance reviews
