Brand Manufacturing Manager:
We require a hands-on individual with a kind heart, strong leadership skills and experience in nutraceutical manufacturing to drive first class results. This is a rare opportunity to build a lifelong future in a destination organization.
Our founder has been one of the country’s great nutritional minds for over 45 years. Through the years, we have won countless “Best Product” awards from Supply Side, Natural Foods Expo, leading industry publications, etc. Our formulas are consistently ranked from 4.5 to 5 stars by our customers.
Throughout those 45 years, we have used the same three contract manufacturers, demonstrating the value we place on partners and relationships. Since COVID, these CM’s have been unable to keep up with demand. Because of this, we are opening our own manufacturing facility. We are now entering into a partnership with the industry’s foremost marketing and brand building agency to grow sales at a 20% annual rate over the next decade.
Obviously, growth is possible only if we can keep products in stock, which is why we have built a small, but extremely well equipped manufacturing arm. As we establish a 100% in stock rate for our own brands, we will use excess capacity to offer contract services to other upward brands with specialties in powders, liquids and gummies. As demand grows, we will expand into additional space and acquire additional equipment and staff.
To lead our manufacturing team, we require a highly capable, extremely productive lead. Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required. The successful candidate, however, will display the greatest respect toward others, while teaching, managing and communicating clearly.
This position offers unlimited opportunities for the future. Starting salary is commensurate with experience and ability, with bonuses and revenue sharing. Benefits include 100% paid health, vision and dental, paid vacation after one year, paid time off, holiday pay, etc.
The position is located in Las Vegas. It’s hot in the summer, but most people adapt quickly enough and take full advantage of year round weather to enjoy golf, tennis, boating, etc. If you’re a winter enthusiast, Mt. Charleston is within half an hour of the city’s north side, with Big Bear in California and several locations in Utah nearby, as well.
If you’re more the indoor type, there’s a wealth of concerts, stage shows, aquariums and such up and down Las Vegas Boulevard. But, don’t think for a minute that Las Vegas is just the strip. We’re also a community of active churches, charities and all kinds of wholesome things.
Whether you’re looking for your “last before retirement” position or young and eager to spend a lifetime with a company that cares, this is the opportunity you want to investigate. In the beginning, it will require a willingness to participate in hands on manufacturing activities as you train and direct your production team. The team will be small at first, but will grow with time.
You’ll write SOP’s, develop a raw material inventory system, and assign bin locations. In short, you’ll have tremendous freedom to create and innovate, and a great group of people to work with.
If you have directed manufacturing operations and want a comfortable, caring environment, or have served in an assistant capacity for a firm that simply has no place for you to grow, we’re eager to hear from you.
