The Pure Fishing Team is looking for an innovative, performance driven Paid Media Channel Manager to help support our Global D2C business growth objectives. You’re passionate about digital marketing and are always looking for new opportunities to increase new customers while driving connection existing. Reporting directly to the VP Growth and Performance, you’ll be responsible for executing our Paid social, display and CTV channel strategy. You’ll help create new campaigns and optimize the current digital marketing process cross-functionally with product and marketing teams. You have an analytical eye tracking daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance and take strategic actions to optimize these channels using best-practice and channel expertise. The ideal candidate has some experience in the retail ecommerce space and can communicate effectively across departments and within D2C organizations.

- Execute and measure Paid Social and Display campaigns. Work with cross functional partners to upload creative, test ads and optimize performance based on results.
- Optimize channel performance through platform bid management and research tools.
- Building new campaigns across paid media platforms and identify opportunities for growth and campaign improvement.
- Prepare weekly reports regarding Display and Paid Social performance and growth.
- Research and analyze competitor marketing and advertising strategies.
- Organization and channel representation across both Go-to-market and creative process settings. Providing strategic guidance and channel strategy.
- Forecasting and channel KPI setting to align budgets to D2C business objectives.
- Work cross functionally with our internal teams to stay ahead of channel asset requests and ensure best practices are upheld.
- Be the point of contact with direct platform partners (Meta/Stack adapt).
- Troubleshoot and maintain pixel implementation working with IT/Dev teams.
- 2-3 years’ experience with Paid Social and Display campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience with applicable performance Management Platforms.
- Understanding of creative testing and campaign best practices.
- Some experience in the retail and ecommerce space.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivated.
