SUMMARY: PG Group, LLC is looking for a team-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate can follow detailed directions while demonstrating forethought and initiative to maintain a positive work environment while willing to assist other team members as needed. This position requires a blend of skills and experience that is specifically focused on Marketing. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and passionate about what our industry has to offer. Applicants should be able to reach consumers through digital and traditional platforms and integrate marketing efforts across various departments. The Marketing Manager will be in the field often to meet the various players in our industry and uncover the pain points employees, vendors, and patients encounter. Essential job tasks include developing marketing plans and devising out-of-the-box strategies for reaching consumers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following.
- Creating a clear marketing strategy that encompasses all marketing segments
- Developing the company’s mid to long term strategic and annual business plans
- Develop digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Spearhead efforts to increase Search Engine Optimization “SEO” visibility
- Measuring the success of marketing and creative campaigns across the business.
- Select marketing agency partners, manage contracts, and oversee activities
- Use research to develop, implement and measure strategies
- Develop and manage annual budget for the marketing team
- Develop and communicate the brand identity both internally and externally
- Oversee social media strategy and implementation
- Create marketing reports to present to executives
- Keep department up to date with industry and technological changes
- Oversee the company’s loyalty program and CRM activities
- Ensuring the CRM and all marketing software is up to date and fit for purpose
- Establish and monitor KPI’s for marketing activities across the business
- Maintain efficient marketing department organizational structure
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Preferably a Master's in marketing or an MBA
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or related field
- Minimum of three years of sales or marketing experience
- Ability to present concept in new ways and from new perspectives
- Well-versed in using SEO and social media strategies to attract travelers
- SEO and PPC experience, certifications preferred
- Leadership of 10-person team
- Prepare and submit regular updates to VP of Marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
- A customer focused attitude
- Content creation experience
- Strong drive for results
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze problems and create a solution
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of Company.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Working knowledge of personal computers. Software proficiencies should include word processing, spread sheet capabilities, and mainframe experience. Responsible for performing all work efficiently and in compliance with quality, quantity, and safety standards as established by PG Group.
