Pure Light Power is looking for a qualified individual to be the Warehouse Manager for our Des Moines location. We are a full service solar sales and installation company. We are experiencing rapid growth and this position is vital to our success. What We Provide:

What You Provide: Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as picking and staging inventory, receiving and storing of material, managing inventory, ensuring efficient delivery of goods, monitoring safety standards, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Be encouraging to team and staff
- Analyze problems and strategize for better solutions (understanding of 5S systems a plus)
- Focus on internal customer service
- Be accurate and have precise attention to detail
What We Ask:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Experience in the solar or electrical field preferred but not required
- General computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably and safely
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, safety cutter, etc.
- Comfortable unloading and loading trucks for delivery

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
