Purity Spa is in need of a part-time/full-time front desk receptionist who will be responsible for answering the phone/emails, scheduling appointments, assisting the staff with administrative duties * We prefer to have someone with 2-3 years of experience working in a spa environment, but are also willing to train. * Purity Spa is a fast paced, friendly working environment therefore we expect all our staff members to be respectful, hardworking, and willing to assist and help when needed! * Having social media experience is a plus! * Please send in a resume when applying through really.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients promptly as they enter the spa with a warm and friendly attitude
- Answer incoming calls/emails promptly
- Schedule clients using Meevo 2 software
- Check clients in and out for their services
- Be knowledgable about products and services
- Promote service packages and product sales
- Minimal filing and paperwork
- Keep front of spa tidy
- Create and maintain a warm, welcoming environment
- Work well with coworkers
- Be reliable to attend all scheduled shifts
- Must be available on one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
