Position Purpose : The Coordinator / Dispatcher position provides fast and friendly client service to both internal and external clients.
They manage day-to-day workflow efficiently while providing Relentless Customer Service to our clients and customers. Additionally, the position supports general office duties including job file documentation, answering phones, contacting subs and vendors, etc.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Answer customer calls; provide responses and feedback to customers regarding service queries.
Schedule jobs for technicians and foremen.
Be the primary contact for field technicians / tradesmen calling in for assistance.
Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments.
Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
Enter and maintain customer / job data in our software system.
Handle office tasks such as maintaining supplies, compiling data, creating customer thank-you notes, assisting with marketing / sales efforts, and general office admin duties as assigned.
QualificationsMinimum 1 years’ experience in Dispatch / Customer Service.
Ability to satisfactorily resolve customer concerns.
Competency of basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
Professional demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to complete tasks.
Able to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
High School diploma or equivalent.
