Position Overview:
As an Area Manager, you will be at the forefront of our exciting growth journey. You will oversee multiple (4) locations across California. This role is not just about management; it's about leadership, coaching, development, and driving success. You'll provide guidance to managers and their teams, ensuring their growth and success. In addition, you'll manage the region's P&L.

Key Responsibilities:
· P&L Leadership: Seize the reins and take full ownership of the financial triumph of our four locations, using your strategic acumen to steer them towards unprecedented success.

Job Requirements:
· Track Record of Developing People:Showcase your ability to nurture talent and lead teams effectively.
· Strong Sales Track Record:Proven success in a sales-oriented role.

· Large Team Management: At least five years of experience managing large teams.
· Multi-Location Management:Experience managing multiple locations is a must.
