We have an immediate opening for a dynamic recruiter who is looking for a position with a rapidly growing healthcare organization. This position will be primarily remote with some on-site requirements based upon business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
Assists in the job posting, advertising, and sourcing processes
Screens applicants, schedules interviews, and selects and/or refers qualified candidates to managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed
Collaborates with the hiring manager and other human resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies
